WWII British & Commonwealth Uniforms by Mig Jimenez This 12-color set contains all the colors needed to accurately depict the iconic British and Commonwealth World War II uniform known as "Battledress" or "No. 5 Uniform".

The classic British uniform was made of cotton twill woven with a mixture of brown and green fibers, resulting in a greenish-brown or khaki tone that could appear lighter, darker, greener, or browner depending on the batch of fabric. To cover this range, the Ionic set includes three colors for the khaki base: a dark brown, which can also be used for shading, and two different khaki shades—one with a greener undertone and one with a browner one.
The webbing was also khaki-colored, but treated with a green waterproofing paste, resulting in a wide variety of shades. To capture this diversity, the set includes two greenish-khaki tones – one lighter and one darker.
The set also includes the necessary paints to complete the equipment of a British soldier, including the green-painted steel helmet with Hessian stripes, the canteen, the boots and the entrenching tool.
In addition, two skin tones are included, which can be used as a base and shadow, as well as vanilla, which can be mixed with other tones to add highlights.
All colors can be used directly to paint individual elements of a figure, or they can be mixed to create custom shades - especially useful for creating depth and volume through highlights and shadows.
