Bolt Action: US Armored Car Squadron (M8/M20 Greyhound Scout Cars)

The M8 Greyhound was a popular armored car that served American and British troops well during the war. With a crew of four soldiers manning a 37mm cannon and having access to machine guns as secondary weapons, including anti-aircraft support, the M8 proved to be a reliable reconnaissance vehicle. Its speed, hence the name "Greyhound," allowed it to reach up to 55 mph. The armor was sufficient to protect the crew from small arms fire, although speed was their greatest defense. They were usually deployed in pairs to scout enemy lines, quickly retreat, and provide mutual covering fire. This set allows you to build three models in two variants: the M8 with the familiar turret and 37mm cannon, and the M20 armored car.
