Soviet junior officers had to be aggressive, competent, and above all, courageous, because they led their men in both defense and attack, regardless of the dangers. However, they did not do this alone, as many specialists accompanied the officers in combat to perform a variety of different tasks.

Leadership skills are absolutely essential in Bolt Action, and the platoon system means you'll always need good officers! This set gives you two of them, along with an ever-useful medic and a radio operator – perfect for serving as a forward observer or spotter for one of your indirect fire weapons.
