Convulsive spasms ran through the battered, swelling flesh. His back arched backward as if two gigantic, invisible hands were trying to break it in two. An animalistic howl escaped a muscle-bound neck as a colossal fist crushed an empty syringe into a thousand pieces…

Senor Nefando is a leader of the Brotherhood, though he is actually the dark side of the Dottore. Therefore, you must first hire him before you gain access to Senor Nefando. In the game, you can then switch between their forms, depending on whether you need the Dottore's healing abilities or the pure melee power of Senor Nefando.
