The British Royal Navy boasts a centuries-long history and enjoys an excellent reputation. At the beginning of the 20th century, Britain continued to dominate the waves.

Around the globe, Royal Navy ships could send armed sailors ashore as landing parties, coastal patrols, or for boarding actions against other ships.
Armed primarily with the reliable Lee-Enfield rifle and often supported by a Lewis machine gun, detachments of highly disciplined and well-equipped Marines with considerable close-quarters combat experience were a formidable opponent.

This box contains:
- 1 non-commissioned officer with SMG
- 2-man Lewis machine gun LMG team
- 7 sailors with rifles (3 with Molotov cocktails)

Later in the Second World War, this role was also taken over by the khaki-uniformed detachments of the Royal Navy Commando or the Royal Marine, although there continued to be naval land units throughout the war.

In their dark blue uniforms and webbing with the 1908 pattern, these Jack Tars provide a splash of color in an otherwise khaki-colored British troop.

The models are delivered unassembled and unpainted.
