Pro Acryl NEWSH Acrylic Weathering Medium (120ml)

Newsh mixing medium is the perfect alternative to oil and enamel washes and filters! Newsh is a non-toxic, water-based way to apply all kinds of weathering effects to your models without the nasty toxic solvents normally necessary. Simply thin and clean up with water!

Newsh can be mixed with all other Pro Acryl paints to achieve any color you desire. Simply paint onto the model, and then remove the areas that you don't want as heavily weathered. The trick is its long drying time, allowing you to play around with the paint to achieve your desired effect before letting it dry. Once it's dry (typically about 15 minutes or so, depending on how much medium you use and leave on the model), it's ready to paint right over the top. You don't need varnish or other top coats, as Newsh will not reactivate. You can immediately apply other colors, glazes, or washes and continue painting as you would with any other step along the way.
