Mithridates VI Eupator King Of Pontus from Warlord Games
Give your Pontic army ultimate authority on the tabletop!
Mithridates VI 'Eupator' was both the main protagonist and Rome's most relentless enemy during the Mithridatic Wars of 88-63 BC, in which he opposed Rome's expansion into Asia and the Hellenistic world.
A shrewd politician and outstanding military leader, Mithridates attempted to unite his disparate neighbors in order to push back Roman interests across the Adriatic. Although he ultimately failed and died in exile, he forged a series of coalitions over two decades and inflicted numerous defeats on the Roman forces.
Our miniature depicts Mithridates in a warlike stance, spear raised, leading his troops into battle. He is the perfect centerpiece for any Pontic army and is sure to pose a formidable challenge to any opponent. The complete rules for using Mithridates in games of Hail Caesar can be found in the supplement Rome's Conquest of the East.
