The M3 Medium Tank, which entered American service in 1941, was intended to serve as an interim tank until the M4 Sherman was developed and put into production. Nevertheless, it was by no means a bad vehicle, but rather distinguished itself through excellent mechanical reliability and strong firepower, albeit in a somewhat archaic layout.

With this kit, you can build the M3 (known to the British in this configuration as the "Lee"), a powerful medium tank that could be used by American, British, and Soviet forces. You can build this vehicle with either the earlier short-barreled or the later long-barreled main gun. In Bolt Action games, we treat the M3 as a medium tank with a damage rating of 9+, armed with a medium anti-tank gun in the hull and a light anti-tank gun in the turret, plus a medium machine gun!

Whether you're operating with American or British troops in the western desert, or equipping your Soviet troops with Lend-Lease tanks, the M3 Lee is a great option!
