Keep track of wounds sustained by placing the die next to each model that takes damage. Which model took damage? Simple! The die with the blood drop arrows pointing to the model!

Now you can easily and effectively know which model has wounds and communicate it to your opponent. Best of all, each die is a countdown so the blood drops all flow into the wound above and below. Just follow the trail of blood drops to rotate the dice.
