With their typically Italian zeal, the Bersaglieri were easily recognizable on the battlefield, as their helmets bore the characteristic black capercaillie feathers. However, they were no mere opportunists; these elite marksmen were a formidable opponent on the battlefield.

This support group consists of smartly dressed officers, a medic who cares for his wounded colleague, and a scout who acts as the commander's radio operator. Firepower is provided by the Italian armed forces' Breda Modello 37 medium machine gun and the robust 81mm Modello 35 medium mortar, which allows for indirect fire.
