IS-2 Heavy Tank (2025) by Warlord Games

What do you do when you're tasked with upgrading an already massive metal monster that took an entire generation of tanks to deal with? You make it bigger and louder. The IS-2 is precisely that behemoth, designed as a competent replacement for the KV series, and it was a far better-engineered machine than its predecessor.

It had thick frontal armor and a huge 122mm gun, despite its size; its weight was comparable to that of the German Panther. The IS-2 was designed as a breakthrough tank and was therefore equipped with a weapon suited to the task; and it gloriously broke through the German lines and into the heart of Germany itself.

In Bolt Action games, the IS-2 is a heavy tank with a heavy anti-tank gun that can be integrated into any armored platoon.
