Fitting for a rugged, mountainous country, the Hungarian Army fielded specialised mountain infantry units throughout WWII. Often recruited from men already experienced in the mountains, and undergoing an arduous training regime, these units were among the most determined Hungary could field. Equipped with all manner of specialist climbing equipment, these mountaineers are a fantastic addition to any Hungarian rifle platoon that needs to contend with rugged terrain!
