Bolt Action: Finnish Rifle Squad (9 man)

The massive Soviet military machine that invaded Finland during the Winter War of 1939-1940 was crippled by the lightly armed but highly motivated and skilled Finnish troops. Despite their overwhelming numerical superiority, the Soviets were defeated. When the Soviet Union—now part of the Allies—attacked again in 1941, the Finns had few options left but to ally with Germany in a conflict known as the Continuation War. The Finns were masterful marksmen and adept at small-unit tactics, striking hard and then disappearing into the dense forests. Their weapons were light but wielded with great skill, and many made use of captured Russian equipment.

The miniatures are mostly dressed in the standard M36 uniform and armed with various Finnish weapons, making them best suited for use in the Continuation War (1941-1944) against the power of the Soviet Union.

The kit includes a 9-man squad:
- NCO and a soldier with an SMG
- 1 soldier with Lathi-Saloranta M/26 light machine gun
- 6 soldiers (one with a Molotov cocktail)
