There were very few battles during this period in which cannons had no strategic value.

In general, both sides were very pleased to be assured of support from medium and/or light weapons. These weapons were, by and large, used by all parties to the conflict, causing devastating losses.

This box offers the possibility to equip artillery for the British Army, or to give more firepower to the Continental Armed Forces.

The box contains the following plastic miniatures:

• 2 cannons which can be assembled into either a 3-pounder or 6-pounder for the British or Continental forces.
• 1 'Molly Pitcher'
• 2 mounted commanders with the option of 6 different heads, allowing the most famous generals of this period to be represented.
• 2 wounded
• 4 pages of background information and building instructions

The miniatures are supplied unpainted.
