There is few sights more impressive than French light cavalry in full dress. The green-clad Chasseurs and the colorfully dressed Hussars carried out the bulk of the outpost and reconnaissance duties before the battle began. Perhaps the most impressive unit of light cavalry is the splendidly dressed and equipped line lancers, who wield their 9-foot ash lances with deadly force. They are accompanied by a battery of 6-pounder horse artillery, manned by experienced gunners who can advance with their cavalry brigade.

This plastic set contains enough models to field a complete brigade of three French light cavalry regiments (21 Lancers, 18 Hussars and 21 Chasseurs a Cheval) and a 3-gun battery of 6-pdr horse artillery.

Models are delivered unassembled and unpainted.
