On the surfaces of the engine block, inside the engine compartments, and even in areas where fuel and oil residues accumulated, dust and dirt created a greyish layer of dust on the vehicle's surface.

The innovative range of weathering effects offers modelers a new medium for depicting the impact of weathering and extreme climatic conditions on vehicles and armor. Formulated with permanent pigments and water-based acrylic resins, the products in the range offer a wide variety of scenic possibilities, such as the creation of spilled fuel, engine grime, lichen and moisture, as well as crushed grass, mud splashes, and fuel stains. Each effect is designed to depict specific damage to vehicles and armor, illustrating their history of use under harsh conditions.
The products can be applied directly to the surface, dry quickly, and most allow for immediate further manipulation, with the exception of Thick Mud, which requires a longer drying time. The tools can be cleaned with soap and water.
Weathering Effects is non-flammable and contains no solvents.
