Dressed in their iconic reinforced M42 jump uniforms, these seasoned American paratroopers are ready to lead the charge on the Bolt Action tabletop. Combining ample light firepower with a never-give-up attitude and rigorous training, they are a squad of tough, experienced infantrymen capable of taking on the enemy anytime, anywhere.

With this Bolt Action starter army, you get a battle-ready US Airborne force that you can deploy in the game as soon as you've assembled it. At its heart is a powerful Rifle Platoon, consisting of two 12-man airborne troops, supported by a sniper and a Panzerfaust team, and led into battle by a 6-man Pathfinder squad – all these units are made from the included plastic sprues. This part of the force is led by a resin Warlord Platoon Commander, who makes sure your men know what the mission is!

The Rifle Platoon is supported by two smaller formations that employ powerful support weapons: a Heavy Weapons Platoon with two medium machine gun teams and one medium mortar team, as well as a Platoon Commander, all made from Warlord Resin; and an Artillery Platoon with two metal guns: a 75mm pack howitzer for indirect fire support and a 57mm anti-tank gun for engaging enemy tanks. These are led by a Platoon Commander built from plastic castings.

This squadron is the perfect starting point for a US airborne collection based on the D-Day airdrops made famous by films like Band of Brothers, and can be endlessly customized or expanded to meet your exact specifications. Get ready to board the aircraft and head into battle!
