Chico is a specialist among the Goblin Pirates and a rower. When he's in a rowing position, he can contribute a bonus to boat handling. Furthermore, a hit from him with both paddles is extremely painful for the opponent, and as befits the Paddler of Doom, he's also as tough as sharkskin.
