Black Seas: USS Constitution

The USS Constitution was one of six heavy frigates commissioned by the United States Congress in 1794 to protect American shipping from Barbary pirates. These frigates were designed to outperform other nations' frigates while remaining maneuverable enough to evade larger ships of the line.

In Black Seas:

The USS Constitution should be on the table in the heaviest fighting, leading the battle into the enemy line and using its exceptional survivability to withstand the onslaught of shelling and grenades while returning fire with its own weapons.

While she may not be able to compete with larger 1st Rate ships like the Victory, she can hold her own in frigate actions and tie down the enemy fleet while the rest of your ships pursue other objectives or reach a more advantageous position.
