Pike & Shotte Ashigaru Spearmen

Ashigaru (literally translated as "light foot") were so named because they wore lighter armor than the samurai. They also formed the bulk of the warlord's armies. Two armed ashigaru were expected for every samurai. Many of them were armed with the yari (spear).
