It dries to a more matte finish than its predecessor, thus better preserving the base colors. Simply apply your normal base coat, then completely immerse the figure in the can and shake off the excess. After 24 hours, the paint will be dry and have seeped into the recesses. The result is a realistic patina and shading that would otherwise only be achieved through elaborate painting.

This is the medium shade of the Fanatics Army Painters System. Quick Shade - Strong Tone - creates a darker shade in just one application. It suits almost any type and color of miniature, as long as you want a deep and dark shade. The shade itself is a dark brown.
