Quickshade Dark Tone by The Army Painter

Detail paint for tin figures with a new, improved formula.

It dries to a more matte finish than its predecessor, thus better preserving the base colors. Simply apply your normal base coat, then completely immerse the figure in the can and shake off the excess. After 24 hours, the paint will be dry and have seeped into the recesses. The result is a realistic patina and shading that would otherwise only be achieved through elaborate painting.

This is the darkest shade in the Fanatics Army Painters System. Quick Shade - Dark Tone - leaves a black and very dark shadow and is very well suited for "evil" looking miniatures or figures with a lot of metal, e.g., dwarves.
