American Civil War: Artillery battery by Warlord Games

By the time of the American Civil War, artillery had become a deadly weapon on the battlefield, used in large numbers by both the Union and Confederate armies. Some guns were still old-fashioned smoothbore, muzzle-loading cannons of the kind that had been used with great success in the Napoleonic Wars. Many others, however, were extremely accurate rifled guns capable of launching shrapnel shells 2,000 yards and more. When push came to shove, the guns could fire canisters at deadly close range to blast attacking troops back.

The box contains 3 Warlord resin guns from the American Civil War, each with a 4-man crew and a variety of gun barrels (3x 12-pdr Union Napoleon, 1x 12-pdr Confederate Napoleon, 1x 12-pdr howitzer, 1x 10-pdr Parrott rifle, 3x 6-pdr Napoleon & 1x 3-inch gun), MDF scenery with snake fence and decal sheet with badges.
