These Automated Directors are based on the Mk II design, and feature enhanced computational and radio systems, enabling them to disseminate orders to other automated units over a greater radius. The benefits of fully automated platoons are numerous; not least the prevention of British casualties, and their immunity to the increasingly damaging psychological effects of the battlefields.
