It contains the paints to create two shades of white: a warmer shade (starting from a beige base) and a cooler shade (starting from a bluish gray). These paints are used to build up shadows and create a base, which can then be easily highlighted by adding an ivory tone, a shade also useful for mixing lighter tones and adding highlights to the rest of the figure.
